State of CE Retailing – NEW! CEA Research  Consumers are embracing more retail channels when shopping for CE products. From brick and mortar perusal to purchasing online or on a mobile device\, retailers should know how to maximize consumers’ experiences shopping for CE across all channels. This session explains how consumers use a retailer’s various channels on the path to purchase\, their expectations for retail channels and how those align with their experiences\, areas of improvement for CE shopping between channels\, and “best practices” for multi-channel alignment for retailers.
